Optimal Placement
Position the transmitter and receiver to maintain as clear a line of sight as possible. While robust, obstructions can still impact range and signal stability.
Frequency Scanning
Always perform a frequency scan in a new location using the system’s built-in tools. This helps identify the clearest channels and minimises potential interference from other wireless devices.
Power Redundancy
Utilise the various power options. Having a WB37 battery for mobility and a DC power input for longer static shots provides excellent redundancy on set.
Firmware Updates
Regularly check for and install the latest firmware updates from DJI. These often include performance enhancements, new features, and bug fixes crucial for optimal operation.
Talkback Integration
If using the talkback feature, ensure headsets are properly connected and audio levels are checked during setup to facilitate clear communication between crew members.
