Nanlux’s Evoke 1200B is a 1200W bi-colour COB spotlight built for serious output and reliability. It spans 2700–6500K with high colour accuracy (CRI≈96/TLCI≈97), delivers punchy levels with reflectors, and maintains constant output across the CCT range. A sealed, IP54 fixture and PSU keep working in rain or dust, while on-board, DMX/RDM, Bluetooth/2.4 G and LumenRadio streamline control.
Overview
- Beam angle: 120°
- 1200W bi-colour COB; 2700–6500 K with constant-output CCT shift.
- High fidelity: CRI ~96 / TLCI ~97.
- Weather-resistant IP54 (fixture and PSU).
- Multiple control paths: on-board, Bluetooth/2.4 G, DMX/RDM, LumenRadio.
- Strong output with reflectors; e.g., up to ≈61,000 lux @ 3m (5600K).
- NL mount ecosystem (reflectors, Fresnel, softboxes, PB parallel beam, etc.).
- 0–100% dimming in 0.1% steps; flicker-free for HFR work.
- Robust build; head ≈7.75 kg.
Use Cases
- Key/fill for interviews, dramas and branded work needing high-output bi-colour control.
- Exterior nights or bad-weather days where IP54 sealing is essential.
- Big, punchy source for fresnels/beam adapters, or soft key with domes/frames.

Constant output across CCT
You can swing from 2700K to 6500K without intensity shifts—handy for matching practicals or day-for-night tweaks.
Choose the right optic
Use the 26°/60° reflectors for throw; add Fresnel or PB reflector when you need harder beams, longer throws or parallel shafts.
Soft but efficient
For a large, flattering key, pair with a Light Dome/softbox or push through a 4×4 frame; keep the head close to maintain output.
Weather plan
IP54 buys you time in rain and dust, but still bag cables, add drip loops, and sandbag stands in gusts.
Wireless tidy-ups
Where cabling is tricky, enable LumenRadio and park the ballast near power; run the head on a stand riser for quicker resets.
HFR safe
With 0.1%-step dimming and flicker-free design, you can run high-speed without exposure stepping; test any effect modes at your target frame rate.
