Frame for delivery.
Shooting 3:2 yields ~2.4:1 after 1.6× de-squeeze (close to 2.39:1); on 16:9 you’ll see ~2.8:1—plan crop or pillarbox.

Control the flare.
Angle practicals just off-axis for tasteful blue streaks; add flags or a matte box if you need cleaner contrast.

Mind minimum focus.
Allow space for longer MFD typical of anamorphics; a close-up dioptre helps for tight inserts without changing the overall look.

Keep rigs nimble.
Pre-mark plate positions per focal; the compact barrels make quick gimbal rebalance feasible between 35/50/75/100.

Push to 2.0× (when supported).
The 1.25× adapter sharpens anamorphic cues—test for vignette and edge behaviour before committing.
